The Camemake CM_P4-A1-N16R32 is the core compute module used in the CM_ESP_P4_C5 open source development kit. It is an ESP32-P4 system-on-module with 16 MB Flash and 32 MB PSRAM in a 25 x 20 mm footprint. It features a dual-core 32-bit RISC-V processor up to 360 MHz, plus a low power core for always-on tasks. The module supports MIPI CSI camera input, MIPI DSI display output, USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet MAC, CAN/TWAI, UART, SPI, I²C / I3C, SDIO, ADC, PWM, and 55+ GPIO. Rated -40 °C to +85 °C. Single 5 V supply. Ideal for HMI panels, vision nodes, robotics, and industrial control.
