CAMEMAKE only accepts returns for defective products covered under our warranty policy. We do not accept returns for non-defective products, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for such items. All sales are final unless a product is defective and within the warranty period.

2. Warranty Coverage

All CAMEMAKE products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

3. Return Process (RMA Required)

To return a defective product:

• Contact us at sales@camemake.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
• Once approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address.
• Returns must be shipped to the address below, clearly labeled with the RMA number:

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the return of defective items. CAMEMAKE does not provide prepaid shipping labels.

• Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, CAMEMAKE will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
• No monetary refunds will be issued.
• Turnaround time may vary depending on product and part availability.
